1) Volleyball Skills & Play
Our Volleyball Skills & Play program is geared towards athletes of all ages and skill levels. In each 90-minute class, coaches will divide time between 50-60 minutes of skill development and 30-40 minutes of game play. In the drills portion our focus lies on individual skill development. For the game play portion athletes will be sorted into teams and will play against each other. 2) Volleyball
Advanced Training Our Volleyball Advanced Training Program is open to teenage athletes with some training and playing experience. In each class, athletes will be put through position specific training, aiming to develop strong passing, setting, serving, attacking, defense, and teamwork. Each class will consist of 60-80 minutes of drills and 40-60 minutes of game play. 3) Volleyball Team Our tournament teams practice 2 times per week and participate in local tournaments on select weekends (TBA). The season runs from October, 2025 to April, 2026. This September we will be running open tryouts for boys and girls born in 2010-2015 who are interested in playing on a team this year. Each tryout is $20 per person.
