Refund Policy:
-a 5% admin fee will be applied to cancellations requested more than 2 weeks before the start date of a program or camp
-a 10% admin fee will be applied if the cancellation is requested less than 2 weeks before the start date
-a 15% admin fee will be applied if the cancellation is requested once the program or camp has started
-weekly programs: no refunds or credits after 3 classes
-camps: no refunds or credits after 2 classes

Absences
-there are no refunds, credits, or make-up classes for absences

Cancellations
-in the event of a class cancellation beyond our control (inclement weather, school event, permit cancellation) a make-up class will be added on at the end of the session
-there are no refunds or credits for make-up classes
