SPRING INDOOROur Spring indoor Baseball Skills & Play Program will run indoors at Milliken Mills HS on Sundays. Coaches will focus on teaching and refining the fundamental baseball skills of throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. Through drills and modified game play, athletes will learn and apply these skills in a fun, active environment. Each class will be divided into 50-60 minutes of skill development and 30-40 minutes of game play.
